Purchasing & Downloads

1Can I buy photos from the gallery?
Yes. Every photo in the gallery is available as a high-resolution digital download. Browse the gallery, click any image, choose your size, and your files are delivered instantly after checkout.
2What sizes are available?
Three digital download options: Web — 2100px on the longest edge, ideal for social media and online use Small — 4200px on the longest edge, great for medium prints Large — 6000px on the longest edge, suitable for large prints and commercial use
3Why are the gallery previews watermarked?
The watermarks only appear on browsing previews to protect the work. Once you purchase, you receive the clean, full-resolution file with no watermark.
4How are downloads delivered?
Instantly via email after checkout. Files are also accessible anytime through your Client Portal account, where past purchases remain available for re-download.
5What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via secure checkout.
6My photo isn't in the gallery — can you check?
The published gallery is a curated selection of the best shots, but the full raw set is held on file. If you raced or attended and don't see yourself, send through your car number, helmet colour, or session details and we'll check the archive.
7Do you offer team or driver packages?
Yes — team and driver packages are available for ongoing season coverage, multi-event deals, and custom shoot requests. Get in touch to discuss.
8Can I request a custom shoot?
Absolutely. Whether it's a private session, club day, or a specific event you'd like covered, get in touch through the Contact page and we'll discuss options.

Usage & Licensing

1Can I use purchased photos commercially?
Personal use is included with every purchase — printing for yourself, sharing on personal social accounts, hanging on the wall at home. For commercial use such as sponsor posts, team marketing, advertising, or resale, please get in touch for commercial licensing options.
2Do I own the copyright when I buy a photo?
No. Copyright remains with Redshift Media. Your purchase grants you a personal-use licence to the file. Commercial use, redistribution, or resale requires separate licensing.

Can I credit Redshift Media when sharing online? Yes please — a tag or credit line is always appreciated when sharing on social media, even on personal accounts.

Refunds

1What's your refund policy?
Because all sales are digital downloads delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the file has been downloaded. If you've purchased the wrong photo or size, or experience a technical issue with your download, get in touch within 7 days and we'll sort it out — whether that's a replacement file, a size swap, or a refund where appropriate.

Privacy

1What information do you collect?
Only what's needed to fulfil your order and run your account — name, email, and billing details at checkout. The Client Portal stores your past purchases for re-download access.
2How is my information used?
Your details are used solely to process orders, deliver files, and provide customer support. We don't sell, share, or rent your information to third parties.
3How is payment handled?
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Redshift Media does not store your full credit card details.
4Can I have my account or data deleted?
Yes. Get in touch via the Contact page and we'll remove your account and personal data, in line with the Australian Privacy Act.
